Our website, www.ecoplanta.net, contains a contact form which is used to collect identification and contact data that will be processed for the purpose of managing any requests, queries or complaints you make, for the purpose of processing them internally and, where appropriate, to provide you with an answer. The legal basis is your consent.
Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to your request or inquiry. It will then be kept blocked for an additional 3 years to cover any possible legal liabilities. Once this period has elapsed, the personal data will be permanently deleted.

In any case, Ecoplanta guarantees through the signing of agreements that these processors comply with appropriate security measures and follow the controller’s instructions when processing the personal data to which they have access.
